How do I POP "all" my mail?

I would like to configure Windows mail in my Vista machine to download all
the mail from my web based mail client including Bulk, Junk, Saved, and
whatever other folders there are. The mail at yahoo sorts the mail to
whatever folder it sees fit, but I can only figure out how to retrieve mail
from my inbox, so in order to effectively manage my communications I still
have to go online. I know that Outlook can do this, so I'm sure that Windows
mail can do it too, if only I knew how.
Any help would be appreciated.

Windows Mail does not support http(web based mail accounts).
Depending upon country it Windows Mail will support Yahoo Premium/Yahoo Plus which is a $20/yr subscription in the U.S, in other countries it may be available without a subscription. This allows your Yahoo email client via the Yahoo web interface to be configured for pop3/smtp retrieval and sending.

I do thank you winston. Taking the info I received from you, I checked deeper
to find that what you say is very true, except Yahoo Plus mail is more like
$10 a month. If I was running a business I would consider it.
As for windows mail not supporting web based mail, my obvious next question
is "What is the point?" If windows mail won't handle mail, then I don't see
why Uncle Bill would expect me to use it! I'll find a mail client that will
handle mail!
At any rate, I again thank you for the help. I truly appreciate it.
