How do i play LAN?

i was wondering how do i play LAN? do i need a cd key for every computer? I
was hoping to set up HALO on all 4 of my computers so that i could play with
friends when they came over? I know that you have to have a cd for every
computer but i have that covered? Just need to know if I need a cd key for
every computer???

You'll need a unique key for each computer. Very annoying.
