how do I place the "ABC" spell check button at top of Outlook2007

my outlook 2007 had a spell check "ABC" button. Now it has disappeared. How
can I make it appear on the tool bar?
 
Are you saying it does not appear when composing a new message?
It should be on the Message tab in the Proofing section all the way on the
right.

There is a keyboard shortcut for it in both Word and Outlook. Hit F7.

As to why it's not showing up, I don't know. It won't show up while you
are reading a message, but it's hard to make it disappear while
composing a message.
