how do i persuade a business committtee of a new service needed

I need to make a slide for business prersentation and the slide should be
based on trying to persuade the audience about new service needed.
 
Hard to say without any idea what the service is or who your audience is. A
presentation for say a group of clergy would be very different than a group
of bar owners. :-)

Be clear about your message. Then write the most important points down on a
slide. Convincing your audience is independent of technology like
PowerPoint.

If this is a homework assignment, check with the teacher for more details.
The generalness of the question sounds like it is classwork. We try to let
students learn for themselves, rather than handing them the answers.

If this is for a business solution, it would help to know *much* more about
the situation, as the others have stated.

It may help to do a Google search for "The Power of Persuasion" and some
other sales type of books. They will show you how to sway peoples minds.
