How do I permanently ALLOW an application checkpoint?

Every morning I receive a notice regrading my AV software
(I use SOPHOS) and every morning I allow it. How do I get
this to "stick" so that I don't have to "allow" it each
morning?

This has been posted by a number of Sophos users. Sophos will need to work
this issue out with Microsoft directly, I believe. You can help, perhaps,
by making Sophos tech support aware that you find this a problem. It is
also possible that either Sophos, Microsoft, or both, won't want to make the
efforts needed to fix this until the product is finalized--i.e. not going to
change, which could require further work.

Debby,

Your frustration sounds similar to mine, where I try to block RealSched. MSAS
says it's blocking RealSched.exe from installing, it doesn't block anything, and
the next time I run RealPlayer, I get the same pop-up.

The guess is that "memory" only comes from a global decision to allow or prevent
a specific product, and is provided in updated definition files, fed by SpyNet.

Maybe local control is something that will be included in the Extra Cost
Enterprise Edition?
