How do I organize contacts by state?

I need to take all of the contacts in my contact manager and be able to
referece them by state. If I travel to a certain state for any reason, I
would like to be able to have a list of my customers in that state.
 
Click on the Contacts folder.
Menu View|Arrange By|Current View|By Location
On the view headers, click on State to sort the contacts by state.
