How do I open "msconfig" in Windows 2000?

there is no msconfig in win2000 u have to download a third
party program to handle the msconfig issues, "runreg" is
one of these programs, that or a friend of mine said there
was a way of uploading the old win98 program of msconfig
and running it on win98, but there are error messages when
trying this, i would say runreg is the best way to go
