You double-click on them. What are you having difficulty with?
 
Double clicking doesn't work. The error message is: "This operation has been
canceled due to restrictions on this computer". How do you take that off?

You do NOT know that you have the same problem as Sunil. Do not hijack
someone else's thread to ask for help on your likely different problem.
Start a new thread that describes YOUR problem and details YOUR setup
(Windows version/edition, Outlook version, how you reproduce the problem).
