how do i open frontpage site search results in a new web page?

I want my site visitors to search my article database. rather than getting
the results on the same page I would like a new page to open up with the
search result on it. Is this possible?
 
1) FP search does not search any Databases
(requires server side coding)
2) For non DB searches you cannot have the search results appear on any other page than that w/ the search bot on it

Can you suggest a free or very cheap reliable search facility program that I
can download so that I can get this functionality.
