This newsgroup is for MS Access, a relational database product - which has
nothing to do with .tif's or Outlook.
Since Outlook will not open a .tif, you won't get an answer in the Outlook
newsgroup either.
A .tif is a graphic (photograph or drawing) file. You need a graphics
program to open a .tif. Photoshop Elements is one (Adobe.com), Paintshop Pro
is another one (jasc.com). Both of these are in the $100.00 range. You can
get a downloadable trial version of Paintshop at the jasc.com website.
If you only need to view the .tif, Windows XP includes software to view .tif
and other graphics files - just double click the file. It will come up in
"Microsoft Document Imaging" or "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer".
