Hi,
This may be a simple question but,
I have to print lots of powerpoint presentations for a lecture and I've
figured out how to print the slides 3 to a page, but can't figure out how
not to print the backrounds in PPT 2007. Greyscale and pure black and white
still leave the backrounds(although in grey). Any help for a ppt newbie?

Jeff

Greyscale and B&W would normally NOT print backgrounds. Do you know how the
Background was applied? People often just insert a shape or picture and send
to back on the master or on a slide - this would print. If you use Format >
background then you should find this wont print

John,
Thanks for the follow-up but being a ppt newb, I may not have
explained it correctly.
When I open the ppt slides, I noticed the background is actually listed as a
theme? Also, I did find a chechbox that says, "Hide background images" and
that actually does eliminate the "background/theme". Thanks again for your
help.
