I am working on a stacked column chart and I want to display the data table
with the chart. In the data table I have totals of the data I want to
display in the chart. Is there a way to include the totaled data in the data
table, but not on the chart?

You can use Excel's "Camera" tool to create a custom data table for your
chart. To do so, deselect the data table option from the chart. Next, use
the camera tool to copy a range of cells that you would like to use as the
data table. In your example the range of cells would include the totaled
data. Finally, copy the range into your chart. Below are links describing
the "Camera" tool and its functionality.
