How do I move text from 2nd pg to 1st in letter?

I am revising a 1 page letter and when I make changes using "track changes"
the text moves to the 2nd page leaving only the logo and address on the first
page. I was able to cut and paste to the first page, but the text is still
showing on the 2nd page.

Are you showing the changes in balloons? If so, try showing your
revisions inline. (From the Reviewing toolbar, select Show. Select
Options. Change the option for using Balloons in Print and Web Layout
to "Never")

Once you accept changes it will get rid of that second page and place it all
