How do I move OE folders to Outlook?

How do I move OE folders to Outlook?

The "Folders - move" option is not available, so I'm
thinking I need to copy the actual "OE folders" folder
right out of OE. I did a search for this and also went
into Program Files\OE but couldn't find anything of this
sort.

There must be any easy solution here...
