How do I move names from one address folder to another folder?

I just transferred from Outlook Express (which was SO MUCH EASIER) to the new
"MORE SECURE", as Microsoft said, Outlook.

Among the problems I am having is that in OE I had several Address Book
folders, with different names in them. The folders were all transferred to
Outlook, however some names crept in to my Main Address Folder.

How do you move names from one Outlook Address Book folder to another?

I can not bring up more than one folder at a time, in order to drag & drop a
name from one folder to the other.

Open the folder where the names are that you don't want. Drag the contact
from that folder to the target folder. The target folder does not need to
be open.

And you'll find it even easier to use Categories on the one Contacts list
rather than several separate contact folders......
