How do I move flag column in Inbox window?

I just had Outlook 2003 installed and I am trying to move the FollowUp Flag
column to the left side of my Inbox window and cannot do it. I can move all
other fields around except that one. Has anyone else experienced this?

The Quick flag field can not be moved. You need to switch to the regular
flag field if you want to reposition it. You can do this by customizing the
view - remove the check from Show Quick Flag column under Other Settings
button.
