How do I move all my contacts from my existing computer to a new c

I am changing computers and trying to move to new computer and there is no
simple command to copy to a drive or cd?? Any thoughts?
 
You can export your Business Contacts and Accounts on your old machine
and import them into your new machine's BCM.

Or, you can backup your BCM database on your old machine and restore it
in your new machine's BCM.
