how do i modify a tempate in Access?

i have a template designed by a wizard for my firms library database. the
name of the main switch board does not suit me so i want to change the name
of the main switchboard template
 
If you are referring to the title displayed on your main switchboard form, I
believe you can open the form in design mode and modify the title.
