How do I merge two calendars in Outlook 2003. They are located in 2 different
computers. One is at work with work-related stuff and one is at home with
personal stuff; I'm trying to merge them and consolidate them into one. I use
a Treo 600 to access email, contacts and calendar.

Well, your Treo should be able to merge them if you can sync with both PCs.
Otherwise, you can create a second PST, copy one Outlook's calendar to that
PST, close it in Outlook, close Outlook, then copy that PST to some transfer
medium you can use onthe other PC, like a CD. On the other PC, copy the PST
to the hard drive, make sure it's not read-only, start Outlook, then open
the PST with File>Open>Outlook Data File. Once the second calendar is
available, you can use it where it is or open it, select all the items in
it, and copy them to the primary calendar.

I have a similar problem, but I'm wanting to merge calendars automatically.
I have setup additional calendars which others can access and make
appointments in. I would like these to automatically add to my personal
(primary) calendar so I can synchronise them with my Palm (and also to see
how the appointments might conflict).
