How do I manually submit windows error reports?

My computer crashes at least once a week and I get
various blue-screens. I am running XP and when my
computer used to crash and reboot, the error reporting
would automatically start and ask me if I wanted to
submit it. However, for the last several months the
error reporting has stopped working on system crashes; it
only works if a windows application such as Word or Excel
crashes. I have service pack 1 and verified there are no
updates available. I've checked the options in the
Systems Control Panel and verified that the automatic
error reporting is selected. How do I fix this or
manually submit an error report?

The Errors of which you speak are recorded for Microsoft
Support personel to view, you can find it at Help and
Support(on Start Menu)>Use Tools (green Arrow at bottom
of list)> Advanced System Information, (Almost top Left
Menu)
Then if you should choose so they use this info collected
and help you with your problem. It tells you thaT there.
Any if you go to ;

you can see what Microsoft Offers in the form of

Exactly, which is why I want to report it. Once you
report it, Microsoft will interpret it and give you a
potential diagnosis and recommendations. I've done it
before and it used to work, though sometimes MS couldn't
diagnose it.
