I have animated words to come in on blinds, spin and then fade but I want all
of them to reappear on the screen and stay there for a minute or so. How do
I do this please.

It seems to me that this would require another entrance animation for all
the words. It also seems that this would be a really annoying effect, but I
don't know what you're doing so maybe it is appropriate in your
circumstances.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. This is for an evening promotional
event and I have created two slides, one with our name on the cover and on
the second, the words which describe what we do. I then want these
descriptive words to stay on the screen for a couple of minutes before going
back to the title page. Hope this clarifies everything and you can help.

Thanks
Sheila

David, sorry I should have been more clear. This is for a promotional
evening and I have created two slides, one the title slide and the other some
descriptive words of our capabilities. What I would like to do is to have
all the words reappear on the screen and remain there for about two minutes.
Hope you can help with this.

Thanks

You can set the slide show to loop continuously until escape. That will
have the show run the first slide (with whatever animations you want) and
then the second slide (with whatever animations you want) and then loop
back to the first and keep going. Is this what you have in mind? Or do
you want to run slides 1 - 2 - 1 and then stop. In that case you might
want a custom show with slides 1, 2, and 1 in it. You can set your
presentation to just run that custom show.

Go to SLIDE SHOW >> SLIDE TRANSITION >> the slide transition animation pane
opens on the right. Select your first slide. Toward the bottom of the action
pane, check the AUTOMATICALLY AFTER and specify a time (60 for 1 minute, 120
for 2 minutes, etc.). Repeat for your other slides.

Go to SLIDE SHOW >> SETUP SHOW >> in the Show Options section check LOOP
CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL ESC.

Now you have a looping presentation.
