Hi!

I don't know how I did this before, but how do I go about
making Windows XP Professional logon without my having to
enter a password. I'm the only one using the computer
and am on the "Administrator" level.

Thanks for your help!

Hello,

To enable automatic logon XP HE and XP Pro (not joined to
a domain):

1. [Start] | Run | "control userpasswords2" [OK]

2. /Users\
[ ] "Users Must Enter A User Name And Password To Use This
Computer"
[OK]

3. In the "Automatically Log On" dialog box that appears,
type the user name and password for the account you want
to be logged on each time you start the computer.

Open Control Panel, open User Accounts, click "Change the way users log on
or off," place a check next to use the Welcome screen and click apply
options.

Click back, click your user account, make sure it is not password protected.
