Smaller type size?

Increase the size of the frame defined in the Envelope Address style. But
note that for standard #10 envelopes, you may need to move the frame higher
(or use smaller type) to avoid encroaching on the bar code read area.

Hi Graham
Many thanks for the quick response.
About 3 years ago. when I was using Office 2000 Pro, I had the sane
problem. I put it on the Newsgroup and another Word MVP (Female) replied
and the method she used was far more quicker and simpler than the way on
your site.

However you do it, you are going to have to change the frame associated with
the envelope address paragraph style, as Suzanne has indicated. The web page
explains the process in detail so that readers can not only do it, but
hopefully understand the principles involved.

I take it the originally suggested method was so simple that you forgot how
to do it? ;)
