How do I make screen shot of a database and copy them to word?

Does anyone know how to take a screen shot in Access copy and paste it in word?

You can copy the current screen to the clipboard using...
Shift + PrintScreen
or
Ctrl + PrintScreen

Then paste into your word document.
 
The PrintScreen button works in Access as it does anywhere, (prints
everything you can see on the screen)
as does
Alt + PrtScr
(prints only the open window)
But I'm guessing either you are taking one of those Access courses (they
LOVE using Print Screen) or that you want something more complex.
