how do I make public folders appear in my calendar

my practice's on-call rosters are displayed in a series of public folders on
our MS Exchange server. I can log in from home, but I am looking for a
clever way to have them automatically update and display in my personal
outlook calendar at home and on my PDA. Any clues out there?

Without a third-party tool, there's no way.
