How do I make one combo box change based on another combo box

I have two tables. Main Categories and Category Items. I want to use a combo
box to select a category and then the category items for that category are
able to be seen and selected to be fed into a table from the form.

I hope not to sound rude, but with a litle searching you should find the
answer in one of the access newsgroups. This question and answer comes up
about once or twice a week.
