HOW do I make my picture in Instant Messenger BIGGER??

Aloha I have my MSN IM 6.1 on and the picture of myself in the open window
will NOT get any bigger even though I have enlarged it to double the size.
WHY??? CAN anyone PLEASE tell me how to make my picture BIGGER the WHOLE
size of the box.
