How do I make mail facility in Access( I want that my mail should.

I've made a database in access. I need to print & mail the individual record.
I used the in built mail facility which is in command button wizard. but it
ask for a specific format(text,HTML etc). If i send a mail in these formats
my report get spoil means it is change the entire design of my reports. I
want it should look just like i Made it.
 
I am not sure about your question and what you are trying to do.
(2)What do you mean "mail facility"? (2) Are you trying to send a report
you created and send to indiviuals by email? (3) If yes, then you will need
to send the report in preview mode. To do this you will need to have
installed and turn on Access Preveiw on all cpu's that will be getting your
reports.

I take it you mean you are using the SendObject method or action to send
the report. You should be able to send the report in snapshot format.
However, to read that format the recipient must have the Snapshot Viewer
utility program. They should be able to download that from the
Microsoft website, though I'm not sure where.
