How do I make equal lenght columns in a down and across column rep

I'm working with Access 2003.

I need to create a column report with equal lenght columns in a down and
across column report. The lenght of the columns is not directly related to
the number of rows of each section.

You must use Across then Down to get equal length columns.

If you can figure out how to sort the data so that Across
then Down looks like Down then Across, then you can achieve
the desired appearance.

If the number of rows does not relate to the length of the
column, it may be impossible. Try Google Groups on this
