How do I make Bookmarks from one web page to another

I am trying to make a web page that will have links on it that will make
someone go from the main website to another. Then after they have finished
getting the info that they are looking for, but I want it to bring them back
to the main website right where they were in the begining.. In the same place
where they were when they left the main website.

I know how to make the Hyperlinks, but I do not know how to make them bring
you to a certain place on a website. I only know how to make them go from one
website to another.
 
Make your links to external site page as new windows
- set the hyperlink target to new (target="_blank")
