How do I make Autoarchive available in my Office 2003 Professiona.

There is no Autoarchive selection under Tools --> Options --> Other and there
are no Autoarchive options available for any folders.
 
This sounds like the system administrator is blocking AutoArchive with a
policy setting. If so, there's nothing you can do as a user.

To answer my own question, KB Article 329294, "OL2002: AutoArchive Feature
Is Not Disabled When You Use the DoAging Registry Key", illuminates this
issue. I found that setting the value of the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Preferences\DOAGING key to 1, the Autoarchive feature was enabled.
