How do I make another user's calendar my default?

I would prefer to have my boss's calendar be the primary calendar rather than
mine. I can't seem to find how to do that. Can anyone help me? We are
currently using Outlook 2003 and will be upgrading to 2007 I believe. Thank
you.

You'd have to log into his mailbox with his credentials.
