How do I make a text box centered on my email recipients screen.

I received an email with a heading that was bordered w/a colored background.
The heading was centered across the screen and when I printed it, it's size &
formatting automatically adjusted to fit the printed version. How do I do
that? I've created a text box with the appearance that I'm after but it
doesn't adjust to the recipients screen or to the printed version.

Right-click the body of the open item, choose HTML Source, and you'll see how the sender did it. My guess is that they used a table.
