How do I make a mp3 file longer?

I have a radio promo mp3 that has words at the beginning and then bluegrass
music in the middle for the radio to add words over and singing again at the
end. I am trying to make a photo story with the file and photos of the
promos, but right now I have to play the song 3 times and I will probably be
adding photos. I will edit as to the time each shows in the end.

So can I clip the bluegrass and make it repeat for a longer period of time
before you get the end of the clip?
