How do I make a blank copy of an existing access database?

I have a financial database created in Access 2002 and want to make a blank
copy for use by another person, but can't remember how to make a copy without
any records in it.
 
Create a new empty database and then use File/Get External Data/Import.
Select all the objects.
On the tables tab expand the options and choose to import definitions only.
