Hi Simon,
You can deny able2play access to that program using
the Local Security Settings management console's
Software Restriction policies. You can essentially log
their program / access activities as well using that MMC.
However, if the kids are determined to defy their parents
trust and access more than they have been permitted to,
then a lockout of their privileges should discourage them.
