How do I Landscape a paragraph?

I asked this question because i didnt know and yet also forgotten how to
landscape my paragraph and to this point still have no clue how.

In Word go to File > Page Set-up > Orientation > Landscape > OK.

You can put the text inside a text box or table cell and then change the
text orientation.

Alternatively, if you are trying to change the *page* orientation, select
the text and then change the orientation in the Page Setup dialog box.
