I need to deleted an unused page that is part of a larger website I
inherited. Before I do so, I want to be sure I've cleaned up any other pages
that link to this page.

Is there a way to get this information?

Try isolating the page in navigation and just delete it. If it's part of a
page with content you want to keep, I would create a new page, hperlink to
where it's suppose to be, and then add the content that you want to keep on
this new page (copy and paste). Save site then delete the troubled one off
the site.
Hope this helped.

Switch to hyperlinks view, and click on the page in the file list.
This will show all links within that web or subweb to and from the
page, but it will not show links from other subwebs or websites.

PS
- or any script related links

You can also do a search/fine for the page (filename) in html/code view.
