If I have some machines that were installed with Windows 2000 Server OS, how
do I know whether the installed OS is a multi-lang version or just a pure
english version?

Do you know where can I download additional language packs, e.g. Taiwan
Traditional Chinese Language pack?

Are there any difference between a W2K server english installation CD and a
W2K server multi-lang installation CD?

Windows 2000 CDs are specific to one language. You get the language packs
and it gives you "some" things in the language of the pack you installed.
You do that by setting from the Control Panel | Regional Settings. On the
Input Locales if a language pack is installed IME Settings ... will be
enabled. That is where you change the System Language. The multi language
packs cannot be downloaded. The are available only as a Enterprise
Subscription and as far as I know they are no longer available for Windows
2000.

I already have a W2k server, whereby I change my regional setting to Taiwan
Traditional Chinese. But I have problem with the system dates.
In Taiwan, they have a different calendar type from countries like China and
sinagpore. Our current year is 2006 but their is only year 95. Do you know
whether are there any additional package that I can installed on top in order
to see the taiwan calendar type?

thanks
Jolyn
