How do I keep Outlook from automatically deleting older events?

Outlook is automatically deleting older appointments, meetings and events
from my calendar. I'd like to keep my calendar complete for at least one
calendar year but can't find any settings to change to do this.

Unless you have autoarchive running, past events will hang around until you
explicitly delete them.
