I have followed the instructions given in help. However, language and
dictionary keeps reverting to English (US). Appreciate any help available.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TWFyZWU=?=,

You'll find an article in the "tips" section of my website that
describes how language formatting is handled in Word. Read it through,
right to the end, and check the settings it mentions.

If you're still having problems, reply back to this message and give us
some details
- version of Word
- under what circumstances the language reverts

FWIW, if you copy text from a source with different language formatting,
or people send you documents formatted with a different language, you'll
have no choice but to manually reformat the text within your
environment. (As far as Word is concerned, language formatting is just
like any other kind.)
