How do I keep appointments in Calendar after they've occurred?

I set up several appointments and would like to retain the history of these
appointments in the calendar in Outlook 2003. However, I've noticed that
after these (nonrecurring) appointments have occurred they no longer appear
on the calendar. How do I retain these appointments on my calendar.

Outlook doesn't delete events unless you tell it to. Do you sync with a
hand-held? Did you check to make sure autoarchive is disabled for the
Calendar?
