J JulieD Feb 15, 2005 #2 Hi click underneath (and to the right) of what you want to stay fixed (ie A2 if you just want row 1 fixed, or B2 if you want row 1 and column A) and then choose window / freeze panes. To undo, choose window / unfreeze panes Cheers JulieD
