How do I isolate the macro to one cell instead of a whole column?

I need my macro to have the message box pop up every tenth cell. But right
now it pops up on every cell. How can I get it to just the one cell.

Your question seems like it is realted to Excel. The focus of this
newsgroup is Macros in Access, the database product. Macros in Access
are quite different form macros in Excel. You will have a better chance
of getting good help in an Excel-related newsgroup. When you do post
there, it will help if you can give details of the macro you are using
so far.
