How do I intersert an address from a website into outlook

I can insert an address from an incoming amail into OUTLOOK easily.
But when it comes to click on a email address e.g. in a website, then I'm
lost.
I don't find any "add to contacts" or similar possibilities anywhere.
I think it should be somewhere but the problem is - WHERE ??

A lot depends on what the link does. Some links contain mailto URLs and
those would be easy to add to your Contacts bu copying the mail address in
the URL. Others point to web forms that use scripts to send the mail to
addresses known only to the server, so there's no way ever to obtain those
addresses.
