how do i install office?

i have office already on my computer. in order for me to
use it, though, i have to type in the product key. i have
tried this many times but its not working. i have tried
everything but it wont work. does anyone else have this
problem?
 
This sounds as if it is an OEM product on a new computer, is that correct?
If so, you may need to contact the manufacturer to see what's wrong. They
may have come across this before and know the answer.

Be sure to remove as much as you can from the computer

because if you don't you are going to experience some
pretty screwy things. Its called "Version Conflict". Now
once you have removed the old version you can go to
www.kazaa.com and fetch a new product key.Enjoy.
