message saying the Outlook can't open the file.

Scott W. said:You seem to know alot about this, so I will ask you if you can help me
with
my problem. My O/S crashed, I was able to save the data so when the new
O/S
was loaded I imported my PST file from my old Office XP to the new Office
XP
Outlook. Everything came in fine except my Contact Subfolders do not show
up
in the drop down when I click on TO:, .CC or .BCC to add email address's.
