When trying to install Business Contact manager on a windows xp computer I
keep getting a error message that states (Business contact manager for
outlook 2003 requires file and printer sharing to be enabled. Please enable
this service and run setup again.) I have followed the instructions on
microsoft web site many times but can not get the program to install. i keep
getting the same error message. I do not get the desired results that
microsoft web site shows. Please help. Thanks. i am currently using microsoft
office 2003 and would like to install bcm.

Hi,
Please make sure that you are the administrator on the machine in order to
enable the File and Print Sharing. Also, make sure that your "Server" service
is started. This can be started from Control Panel --> Administrative Tools
--> Services.
