HOW DO I INSTALL A LITTLE BOX ( FOR A CHECK MARK) IN FRONT OF A SENTENCE? I
AM USING THE MICROSOFT EXEL TO PRODUCE YOUR OWN FORMS.
 
YOu can use the Checkbox from the Forms Toolbar or the Checkbox from the
Control Toolbox. Both of these are Toolbars.
You can get them by going to View | Toolbars and clicking on them.

Note: These Checkboxes are different, and you may want to check out the Help
Files to decide which one would best suit your needs.
