How do I insert a customizable map of the U.S. in PowerPoint?

I'd like to insert a map of the U.S. in a PowerPoint presentation where the
states' colors can be changed to represent different regions. I was told this
was a tool previously available in PowerPoint and I'm trying to find it. You
could apparently click on the states and it would change their color. Any
help is appreciated!

Hi Melissa
There's a wmf state map of the US on Mary Sauer's site. Insert into
PowerPoint and ungroup a couple of times and you should be able to do what
you need with trigger animations
